You can choose to build one of over 25 different Model Designs, have us build from your architectural drawing, or work with one of our project design supervisors to build your custom home.
Community Interests
Lenawee County is proud that many of our vintage buildings and historic sites are still present. We are host to such architectural gems as the former Adrian Library, (now home to Lenawee County’s Museum), the Croswell Opera House located within the City of Adrian, and many others throughout the county.
The City of Adrian alone has 23 city parks and all the space you need for outdoor activities such as golfing, boating, hiking and yearly activities. With your outdoor needs met, you can also enjoy shopping at the Adrian Mall, quaint one-of-a-kind boutiques and antique stores located in the downtown area’s of Adrian, Blissfield, and Tecumseh just to name a few. Lenawee County is filled with a number of specialty café’s, coffee houses, unique restaurants and many fast food establishments. You can also enjoy the latest movies at the Adrian Cinema, conveniently located on M-52 between Adrian and Tecumseh.
Education
Lenawee County is very proud of the educational opportunities we provide our students. In addition to many fine local and private schools, we are home to Siena Heights University, Adrian College and Jackson Community College as well as the Lenawee Vocational Education Center.
Many of our staff also reside within Lenawee County. We are proud of our community and work hard to provide our neighbors with exceptional homes.
