Baker Construction offers full service construction by having in-house sub-contractors for excavating, insulating, plumbing, heating, trim carpentry, and building each home. Baker Construction is a hands on company. We can completely build a new home in approximately 90 days. Having so many in house sub-contractors allows us to have more control over how the homeowners dollars are spent. By assuring better buying power for each of our sub-contractors we can pass better prices on to our homeowners. This means the homeowner can have more amenities without paying expensive prices on premium upgrades.
